The Fremont Family Coalition proudly serves Dodge, Washington, and surrounding counties as a central hub for community resources and support. Our staff connects individuals and families with local services designed to empower them and improve their quality of life. By helping community members access the resources they need, we work to prevent crises and reduce the need for higher levels of system involvement.
Beyond direct service, the Fremont Family Coalition serves as a structured community collaborative, bringing together organizations, agencies, businesses, and community leaders to address shared challenges. Through strong partnerships, collective action, and a shared vision, we work to build a stronger, more sustainable community where every individual and family has the opportunity to thrive.
