At the Fremont Family Coalition, our staff connects community members to local resources in an effort to empower individuals and improve their quality of live. By connecting services and resources to our citizens, the Fremont Family Coalition assists in preventing individuals and families from needing higher levels of systematic care. The Fremont Family Coalition is a structured collaborative, bringing together community stakeholders and forming partnerships to collectively build growth and sustainability to our community.
